Golden Hands

Back & Neck Massage

Back and neck massage keeps attention on the upper and mid back, the neck, and the shoulders. It is a way to describe the area of a session, not a plan to correct posture or treat headaches.

Area and pressure are separate

Choosing the back and neck does not decide how firm the massage should be. Say both.

A localized session feels different from a Swedish-style session that travels across the body. You might want only the shoulders and neck, or the whole back as well. Those are practical boundaries. They help a request stay clear.

Golden Hands does not promise that massage will ease neck pain, fix posture, or prevent headaches. If pain is the reason you are looking for care, speak with a qualified medical professional. This page is about a massage area and a comfort preference.

The neck is a sensitive area. A request can say “light around the neck, firmer across the upper back” without turning the message into a diagnosis. Avoid words that ask the studio to treat a medical problem.

Use the appointment request and choose “Back and neck massage.” The form stores a note when the server accepts it. It does not reserve a time. You can also call +36 30 123 7281 or email [email protected].

Details to mention

Coverage

Neck only, shoulders and neck, or the full back. The smaller the area, the more the session stays in one place.

Pressure

Light, moderate, or firm. Firm pressure is still not a request for pain, and it is not deep tissue unless you say you want that style.

Position comfort

If lying face down is uncomfortable for you, say so as a comfort note. Do not include a medical reason unless a clinician has told you it is appropriate to share, and even then keep it brief.

Neck, shoulders, and the rest of the back

These areas sit close together, but a request is clearer when you name them separately.

The neck holds the head and is easy to overwork if pressure is guessed. A careful description says whether you want the sides of the neck included, or only the muscles across the tops of the shoulders. You do not need anatomical names.

The upper back and the area between the shoulder blades are a common focus. The lower back is a different region. If you want both, say both. If you want the lower back left out, say that too. This page does not claim that massage changes the spine or corrects how you sit.

Scalp or head contact is not assumed. If you would like the session to stay off the head, write that down. If you are open to it, you can say so as a preference. The site does not describe head massage as a treatment for migraine.

Send the request from the contact page. Leave out payment details. A stored note is not a confirmed appointment, and Golden Hands does not publish a price or a duration for this approach.
