Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Introduction

These terms explain how the Golden Hands website may be used. The site presents massage and wellness information and a form that can store an appointment request for later review. Golden Hands is the name shown on the pages. The published studio address is Szinyei Merse u. 6, 1063 Budapest, Hungary. The telephone is +36 30 123 7281 and the email is [email protected]. A separate legal entity name and a registration number are not published.

By using the pages, you are using an information website. You are not automatically booking a massage, opening an account, or entering a paid contract. If you do not want to use the site on that basis, you should leave it and not submit the form.

The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are part of the same description of the website. They explain the request form and the notice stored in your browser. They should be read with these terms, not instead of them.

Scope of Website

The website includes the home page, massage service pages, a wellness guide, an about page, an FAQ, a contact page, and these legal pages. It also includes the styles, script, and images needed to show those pages, and a server script that stores appointment requests when it is available.

The website does not include a public shop, a membership area, a live calendar, a payment page, or a map of a studio. Features that are not on the site are not offered through these terms. A heading such as “Request an Appointment” describes the form. It does not describe a reservation desk that has already accepted you.

Photographs illustrate massage settings in general: a treatment room, a table, towels, oil, stones, and professionally draped contact. They are not a representation that the pictured room is a Golden Hands premises or that the hands in a photograph belong to a named member of staff. Staff names and photographs are not published.

Informational Description of Massage Services

Service pages describe relaxation massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, back and neck massage, and aromatherapy massage as approaches you can read about. The descriptions talk about pace, pressure, area, and scent. They are written so you can prepare a question. They are not a menu with prices, and they are not a promise that each approach is available on a particular day.

No page states a price, a discount, a package rate, a session length, or a currency amount. If you need a price, it is not available from these pages. Do not treat the absence of a price as a price of zero, and do not treat a descriptive page as an offer that Golden Hands is legally bound to accept.

Deep tissue language on the site means firmer massage pressure. It does not mean physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or sports medicine. Aromatherapy language means scent may be part of a setting. It does not mean a listed oil is stocked or that an oil treats a condition. Stones in a photograph are not a statement that hot stone massage is offered.

Appointment Requests vs Confirmed Bookings

The contact form sends your fields to a script on this website. If the script can write the note, you see a message that the request was stored for later review. That is the whole of the automated result. The script does not check a calendar, charge a card, send you an email, or mark a time as taken.

A preferred date and a preferred time of day are stored only as preferences. They are your wish, not Golden Hands’ agreement. Morning, afternoon, and evening are broad labels. They are not appointment slots. Leaving the time blank is allowed and means you did not state a preference.

A confirmed booking would require a later, explicit acceptance that these pages do not provide. Until that exists outside the mere act of storage, you do not have a reserved session. You should not arrange travel, take time away from other commitments, or tell someone else that a time is held solely because the form said the note was stored.

Cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, deposits, refunds, and no-show fees are not published. They are omitted because a stored request is not yet a booking to cancel. If the operator later confirms a session by a separate message, the conditions of that session should be stated in that message. They are not hidden in these terms in advance.

If the page says the request was not stored, nothing was received through the form. There is no unpublished backup inbox described on this website.

User Responsibilities

You agree to send information that is about your own question, or about a person you are allowed to write for and who knows you are writing. You agree not to send another person’s private details without a proper reason. You agree not to send payment card numbers, bank details, or copies of identity documents. The form cannot use them, and they should not be placed in a massage note.

You agree not to send diagnoses, medication lists, or medical records in order to obtain a health clearance from the website. The form is not reviewed by a clinician as part of the automated process, and the site does not offer that review. If a health question matters, ask a qualified medical professional before you rely on massage.

You agree that the details you type are accurate to the best of your knowledge, including the email address. An incorrect email means a later human reply, if any, may not reach you. You are responsible for keeping a copy of what you sent if you need one. The website does not show you an account history.

You agree not to use the form to request sexual services. The site describes professional, draped massage for relaxation and comfort. Requests outside that purpose are not what the pages offer.

Accuracy and Updates

Golden Hands aims to describe the website as it works. Pages can still be incomplete where business details have not been supplied. Missing hours, missing prices, and missing contact channels are intentional gaps, not hidden information you are expected to guess.

The operator may change wording, add or remove a massage description, or adjust the form fields. A change appears when the page is updated. The site does not promise to email past visitors about an edit. Service descriptions are general. They can be revised without turning an earlier stored request into a confirmed appointment.

If you see a statement that conflicts with the form’s own success message, the success message describes what that submission did. For example, a sentence that called a request “reserved” would be wrong if the script only stored a file. These terms are written so that conflict should not exist. If it does, storage is not a booking.

Wellness Information and Limitations

Wellness writing on the site is general information about comfort, self-care, and the differences between massage approaches. It is not personalized advice. Massage experiences may vary according to individual preferences, health, and the way a session is actually carried out. The website cannot know how a session will feel for you.

The guide and the FAQ tell you what the pages do not decide: session length, who would provide a massage, and whether massage is appropriate for a medical situation. Those limits are part of the terms of use. You should not ignore them because a paragraph sounds calm or reassuring.

No Medical Diagnosis or Treatment Claims

Nothing on the website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Golden Hands does not claim that massage cures disease, heals injury, guarantees pain relief, corrects posture, improves a measured medical outcome, detoxifies the body, or treats anxiety disorders, insomnia, migraine, arthritis, or any other condition.

Firm pressure is described as a massage preference. It is not a clinical technique offered in place of physiotherapy or rehabilitation. If you have a condition, an injury, or a reason to think massage might be unsuitable, consult a qualified medical professional. The website is not a substitute for that conversation, and these terms do not create a duty for the website to screen you.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to request information and, later, whether to attend any session that might be agreed outside this form. These terms do not try to remove liability that a law does not allow to be removed. They do state, clearly, that the pages themselves are not a clinical service.

External Links

Most links stay on this website. The contact page also links to a map search for Szinyei Merse u. 6, 1063 Budapest. That other website is responsible for its own content and privacy practices. A link does not make Golden Hands the publisher of the map service, and it does not mean the map result is endorsed beyond showing the published address. You should read the other site’s terms before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

The text of these pages, the Golden Hands name as used on the site, the logo artwork, and the arrangement of the pages are provided for you to read and to navigate the website. You may not copy the site into another business’s website, remove the Golden Hands name and present the text as your own, or use the name in a way that suggests a partnership, a license, or an award that has not been stated here.

You may share a link to a page. A link does not transfer ownership of the text or the images. Photographs are illustrations for this site. They are not a license to claim that the pictured room or person is part of Golden Hands.

If you believe content on the site infringes a right you hold, use the contact form and describe the page and the concern. The form stores a message. It is not a formal legal service of process, and the site does not publish a registered agent.

Website Availability

The pages are provided as they are available. Hosting, maintenance, and script errors can interrupt them. The appointment script can fail to store a note. When that happens, the page is supposed to say that nothing was sent. Golden Hands does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular uptime, or that every browser will display the layout identically.

The mobile menu, the FAQ accordion, and the notice button are part of the interface. If a script is blocked by your browser, some of those controls may not run. The text of the pages can still be read. A blocked script also means the form cannot complete its usual check, so you should not assume a request was stored.

Reasonable Liability Terms

To the extent the law allows, Golden Hands is not liable for decisions you make solely from general wellness text, for travel or scheduling you arrange before a session is actually agreed, or for loss caused by information you chose to put in a message against the instructions on the form. The site does not exclude liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where a law says that exclusion is not allowed. It also does not exclude rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be waived.

The published studio address is in Budapest, Hungary. These terms still do not name a court or a damages cap in a currency. A currency cap would be arbitrary without prices on the site. If a dispute arises, the rights that apply are the ones the relevant law gives you.

Nothing in these terms creates a therapist–client relationship merely because you loaded a page or stored a request. Any in-person service, if it happens later, would need its own agreement. That later agreement is not written on this website today.

Changes to Terms

Golden Hands may replace these terms by updating this page. The date at the top will change when the text changes. Older copies are not stored on the site unless an archive is added later. Using the site after an update means you are using it under the terms then posted. An update does not convert old stored requests into confirmed bookings, and it does not silently add cancellation fees that were never published.

If a real booking, payment, or cancellation policy is later adopted, it should be written as its own clear page and linked from the footer, using rules the business actually follows. These terms should not be stretched to cover that policy before it exists.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected], by telephone at +36 30 123 7281, by post to Szinyei Merse u. 6, 1063 Budapest, Hungary, or through the appointment request form. Say that you are asking about the terms. A stored message is not legal service of a claim and does not stop any time limit that may apply to you under law.

Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The three documents describe the same form and the same notice preference, and they are meant to be read together.

These terms match an information website with a stored appointment request. They do not create a paid booking.
